-The heat from earth's magma is melting Greenland's ice parts of the land
-The behavior of the great ice sheets is an important barometer of global climate change,” said Ralph Von Frese, leader of the project and a professor of earth sciences at Ohio State University----which is basically leading to global warming and a huge flood or too much ocean water.
-This was discovered on Dec.18 2007
-Von Frese's team combined gravity measurements of the area taken by a Naval Research Laboratory aircraft with airborne radar measurements.The combined map revealed changes in mass beneath the Earth's crust, and the topography of the crust where it meets the ice sheet.
-The mantle is the part of the earth that heats up crust(outside layer of the earth)which causes the earth to melt the ice sheets.
